“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” ~ Eckhart Tolle
Waking up naturally in the morning feels great after a good night’s sleep; not so much with the alarm after a restless night. Either way, we must face the day.
It is tempting to stay horizontal and think about everything that must be done, the unending list of tasks, or the grueling timeline of the day that won’t end until late into the evening. Instead of going down that path, practice saying two words every morning – “Thank You!”
Another day, the gift of time, living our passion, moments with family, friends and colleagues, and another opportunity to get it right – to do our best at becoming more of who we are.
Starting off with gratitude places our day on a better path; one that features opportunities instead of challenges, exciting interactions instead of threats, and growth instead of obstacles. Open those eyes and thank the new day ahead.
Make it a strong day!
