There’s a saying on an island in the West Indies that is equivalent to our version of “S#*! or get off the pot!” Talk dun. No more talking about what we’re going to do, it’s time to do it.
That simple phrase says it all. What have you been talking about doing in the last week, the last month, the last five years? Make time to move forward – even the littlest bit. When we decide that we are going to take action, energies shift to support that movement. Opportunities arise, people come into our lives, and new paths begin to surface.
We could all benefit from a friend, colleague or family member who tires of our constant babble about what we intend to do and stops us to say, “Talk dun!” Listen to your own inner voice, for it may be saying the exact same thing!
