Summer jumpstarts growth – in our work, our clients, our gardens, and our families! This weekend, I took my youngest to camp for the first time. Something shifts when the last one goes off for an adventure. There is no turning back, no scooping them back up and deciding they are safer at home, and no greater opportunity to practice embracing the pain of growth and development.
It is much easier to celebrate accomplishments in my work with adults, and I am grateful to witness courageous individuals making strides toward their dreams each and every day! My hope this day is that my children reach theirs as well, resting easy that they already hold everything they require to succeed (with the exception of my hand).
