When it doesn’t apply to us, we tend to judge. The judging keeps us stuck, ignorant, low-energy, and flat. It’s time to release one judgment today. Recognize when it’s happening. Take a deep breath. Release it. Smile and trust that with that release comes a new way of behaving toward what matters to others.
What do you care about? Doesn’t it feel good when someone else does, too? Our world needs more people who care simply because it matters to another human being. It really is that simple.
