What’s Your One Thing?

Change – it’s on our minds. As we watch the world unfold around us during this beautiful season of Spring, it may spark a desire to make changes in our own lives. We catch an infomercial, hear a radio interview or see a new program that promises overnight health and wealth. But before you buy up what others are selling, STOP.

Take a deep breath and remember something – change takes time and patience and must begin on the inside. So instead of working on everything at once, change ONE thing. Only one. That could mean adding a healthy food or more water into your diet; it could mean deleting something like a bad habit or self-deprecating word from your vocabulary. This process is more reasonable than searching outside yourself for overnight growth. To begin a new journey requires one small step after another.
