The grass is always greener…where you WATER it!
Looking. Looking. Looking. For something new, better, bigger, brighter. We work and play and strive and save and spend and struggle and long for something else.
The glistening dew on morning grass is nature’s way of reminding us that each blade of our lives requires a bit of water to grow and flourish. Attend to what’s under our feet instead of gazing over the fence yearning for someone else’s life. If we long to have more time with our family like THAT person, then examine the time put into work and other areas that are NOT family. Restructure the calendar to make time. Water that area of life.
Remember, what we focus on grows. If we focus on other people, we are watering jealousy, anger and resentment. If we focus on ourselves, then our lives will grow accordingly.
Make it a strong day!
