FALLing Behind!

“Never confuse motion with action.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

Tis the season! The one when sporting events are in full swing, meetings abound, and studying takes priority – on top of teacher conferences, driving to and from practices, and grabbing food on the go.

Non-stop.

When the demands of the day seem to go on forever, our natural daylight begins to fizzle away. It’s a rather unpleasant pairing. We’re doing more than ever, and, yet, feeling like we’re ready for bed at 5:00. We might be tempted to think that we are falling behind on life. Flip that thinking! Improve your relationship with time.

Remember what time of day is best for you! Make certain to complete the most important items on the list during that time. If we focus strong when our brains work best for us, then we are less likely to chase our tails later. It’s more important than ever to use our systems, acknowledge our accomplishments, and be kind to ourselves.

Make it a strong day!
