Being out of the “game” stinks, especially if it’s due to an injury. Stuff happens that slows us down – physical stuff, family stuff, financial stuff, and emotional stuff. This is a chance to pause, take a deep breath, regroup, and hydrate!

What’s got you sidelined? Will you rest? Will you journal? Will you pay attention? Will you adjust what you’re doing? How will you treat this “injury?” It requires thought and ACTION!

We have many choices: we can fret about it. We can ignore it. We can complain to colleagues. We can feel sorry for ourselves. We can showcase it on social media. OR…we can do what we know is in our best interest and embrace it.
