Life WILL toss us around – on a weekly basis! If we have something to go back to, something to read, a visual, a powerful song – an ANCHOR – to keep us grounded, we can keep moving forward.

Every new day is an opportunity to regroup, reset and remember what we want our lives to be about. When we overcommit, overthink, and overcomplicate our lives, we become unstable. Anxiety sets in and confuses us into thinking we’ve lost control of our own ship. Drop the anchor! Hit the RESET button. Simplicity is key – have one thing to bring you back. Everything is going to be okay.
